It's that time of the year that we love. The weather may be on and off but we're really on when it comes to conference. We look forward to every Fall and Spring. There was a paragragh on page 51 in our Wilford Woodruff manuals. It says if have the spirit with us we'll feel and know the messages that are given to us. When we enjoy the Holy Spirit, when we are trying to live our religion here on the earth, we are the happiest people on God’s footstool, no matter what our circumstances may be. I do not care whether we are rich or poor, whether in happiness or affliction, if a man is living his religion and enjoys the favor and Spirit of God, it makes no difference to him what takes place on the earth. There may be earthquakes, war, fire or sword in the land, but he feels that it is all right with him. That is the way I feel. Happy listening and know that we love you. Here is a picture on our recent trip to Boise when we stopped at Kiersten and Nathans.

Hello from Rexburg

<
Hello Bodily's! I love this idea. Thanks Barb!! We will just give a little update on our family too. We are still here in Rexburg, Zach will be graduating in December... and from there we still aren't really sure yet. Zach is the Elder's Quorum President in our new ward here. He is busy with school and has been teaching seminary part time too. He spends most of his time with Brooklyn though and is an awesome dad. She is definitely a daddy's girl.
We are just finalizing the adoption, we have one more home study and are in the process of getting a court date to legalize it. We are having so much fun being parents. We are so blessed because of Brianna (Brooklyn's birthmom) and her incredible family! We are still in contact with them and are hoping they will come up for the sealing and blessing in June. :)
I finally get to be a stay at home mom and I am loving it. We are so excited to be able to keep in touch better! We love the Bodily family! Zach & Holly

we figured out the picture thing so here is the picture Renee' was talking about in the previous blog about Angie.

we are excited to join this Blog Party it will be lot of fun keeping up on our family doings. I think we are going to have to buy a digital camera so we can do the SHOW & tell.

Barb, Thanks for getting this blog going. We are just experimenting right now so we'll see if this picture works. We don't have a digital camera, but this picture of Angie was one we had on the computer in i photo. (Angie won't be happy we put her on this page) Angie has had an exciting month of March. She got nominated as Woman of the Year at BYUI, and her missionary came home. They prayed about it and it didn't feel right, and they both shed a lot of tears, but you can't fight the Lord's will. She is excited about her new guy in her life, Neal Guymon. Now they are moving forward with their relationship. We love him! We love reading about everyone's lives, and especially the pictures. Thanks, Paul and Deena for Brooklyn's picture, SHE'S OUR WHOLE LIFE right now. We love Paul and Deena for putting up with our whole herd in February. Don't you think Deena looks beautiful at 50! She's my inspiration to look that good! Excited for Tyler's new adventure. Hope to see some pictures of him in Brazil helping those people with their smiles!~ We love the Bodily family, Renee'

'Deve...

Just want you to look at the man I love! He is such a special man! He spends all his time working hard to provide for his family and serve the Lord. In my opinion he is one of the best husbands, fathers and Stake Presidents there could ever be. He is so unselfish with his time talents and all that he has. When he was called, I told the Stake that "Steve is good when nobody is looking." It's still true. He is pure gold.

The other day, we were busy working and a Neil Diamond song, Song sung Blue came on...I felt this nostalgic wave of love for my honey. I grabbed him and said: "Hey, Come dance with me!" We shuffled around the frontroom for a few minutes , stepping on each others toes, till our calves hurt! Then we held each other in a long embrace and remembered again one of our greatest blessings is each other! I love him! He is my joy, my security, my friend, my happiness. Eternity is none too long to be with him!

Hello there, Doctor Bodily

This is Barb! and I wanted to share a clip from a recent letter Ty shared with me... (can you find him in the picture?)

"I am planning on participating in a dental mission to Fortaleza Brazil this summer. I'm especially excited for the opportunity to help the people where I served my mission. I am going with this group of 10 students. The non profit organization I'm going with is called Smiles Around the World. I think it will be a great opportunity for me to start doing "clinical" dental work while helping the underprivileged population receive dental care. The group that went last year was able to treat over 400 patieints in just 7 days. We will have a few other Doctors there to help keep us in line. Image how scared I am, yet excited!"

Ty, I just want you to know how proud I am of you and Kyla and want you to know that our prayers are with you, that you will be able to accomplish your great goals in dentistry!

Boise Fun

Just some fun moments we have had recently.....

Guess who?? Robert and Renee and girls came for a visit a while back. They brought Brooke. We got to go to a BSU basketball game with them and enjoy their company. Isn't she cute?

Mom came over a few weeks ago so we took off on a little road trip. This is a picture of mom at ArrowRock Dam. We had a great time. Kathie and her boys came over that afternoon and we went out to the World Bird's of Prey.

Update on the RKB group

I love the pictures of TY and Ky. I just want ot pinch that little Chandler Del's cheeks. What a cutie. I spent the last weekend at Mother's Week at BYU-I with Jared and Kristin and Matthew. We had a good time together. While there we orchestrated a family session of any others up there. It was good to laugh and talk with "your own kind"
I will give you a quick update on ours:
We have three at home (it's a change from 7!) Bennet is in 5th grade. Kevin is a Freshman. He played some basketball and is currently on the tennis team. Michael is a Junior and just finished a wild basketball season. He is working to finish his Eagle Scout. We all fit in a car right now!!

You hear from Jason. Matthew is busy with school, church work, a fireside singing group, and social life. Jared is working towards a degree in Biology. They rented a cute home just out of the city where Kristin has room to teach four sessions of private art classes. She graduated in December after student teaching at Meridian HS. We miss not having them as close. Nathan and Kiersten are in Star with four cute kids. Nathan is working towards getting his CPA. They are just ready to embark on a job change. They are looking forward to getting out of the "tax season" type of accounting.
We look forward to hearing from you....Love ya! Kathie

The Florida Bodily's

Here's a recent picture of the Florida Bodily's.

We're in our second year of dental school (just got done with midterms).

We're anxious to see everyone again. It seems like its been a very long time (too long to say the least).

We look forward to getting updates from everybody. This "Blog" helps us not miss family quite as much.
